Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. Your privacy is protected, and information shared during sessions remains between you and your therapist, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

The duration of therapy varies based on individual goals and circumstances. Due to the deep, relational based work we do, most of our clients work with us for at least a year. We collaborate with you though, and check in along the way, to determine the most appropriate course of therapy specifically for you.
Our Fees
We understand that investing in your well-being is a meaningful decision. Our session fees reflect the specialized care and training we bring to each client relationship. We’ll always be upfront about costs and are happy to answer any questions you have. While we’re not in-network with insurance providers, we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Each of our therapists brings unique experience, training and specialization. Below is a breakdown of session fees by provider. Session fees are based on education, licensure and years in practice.
